What happened to the pdf version of Evidence Explained? Is it still available somewhere?

Dannis - I'm not 100% certain, but if I understand correctly, the agreement with Footnote.com and the author to distribute the PDF of this book lapsed. We're trying to find out another solution so we can bring it back.
