Congratulations !!
My first language is French and I have been a legacy user from Legacy 4 to 7.5, as French was not an option until now I have had to use English to use Legacy. Do I have to buy another edtion of Legacy to be able to use the French features?

No - you don't need to buy Legacy again. Just go to Options > Select Language and select Francais.

I never wanted to use an application that is not in my language because I like to see everything in French and have the proper accents included so this is wonderful news.
I wonder if it is better that I wait until you have completed the translation in French before I purchase the program. How would it make a difference once way or another, if I purchase now or wait?
